Manufacturing company located in Miami, FL is looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives. This person must know how to physically create, publish and analyze the performance of complex posts. This position works as an integral part of the marketing team to effectively message current promotions, attract new consumers to the company and its product lines. Fashion industry experience a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Plan & develop a social media content calendar for relevant channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn) for both paid and organic channels
· Expert in Paid/Sponsored Social Media campaigns
· Responsible for developing video and digital content using brand ambassadors and influencers
· Provides Creative Direction to develop content that falls in line with the brand strategy and guidelines
· Respond to customers via the social media channels and help build a community with customer base
· Responsible for day-to-day management of the brand social platforms and has familiarity with content management
· Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador outreach campaigns with a knowledge of the process for selecting influencers, coordinating outreach, negotiations, FTC regulations, and how to track/measure success
· Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
· Professional videography/photography skills, must demonstrate proficiency in lighting, sound, and photo/video editing software as well as music creation programs, strong communications, storytelling, and creativity skills
· Must know how to manage and create company photoshoots for social media content
· Use performance metrics to quickly analyze trends and impact on the brand
· Supervise and manage the relationships with external vendors/agencies as it relates to social media and content creators
· Travels as required for talent representation, social media promotions, and content creation while keeping day to day tactics on schedule.
· Some weekends and nights required during promotional periods.
· Basic Photoshop, Canva and photography skills
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree is required
· 10+ years Social Media experience
· Experience managing influencer outreach programs, talent, and knowledge of using influencer outreach platforms.
· Experience applying marketing strategy to creative ideas and campaign activation across video, digital, mobile, social and event marketing.
· Expert level managing Paid Social efforts and budgeting for Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads and more
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have excellent writing skills and be able to handle heavy writing responsibilities on tight deadlines with ability to generate content for established platforms on a daily basis
· Creative and out-of-the-box strategist who can conceptualize short and long-term campaigns when assigned and meet established deadlines
· Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, be flexible, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional organizational skills. Extremely detail oriented
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Strong familiarity with best practices related to online and social content promotions
· Some weekends and nights required during promotional periods as well as some travel for content creation where necessary
