We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
## Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
## Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or upselling preferred
- Knowledge of data entry processes and CRM systems is beneficial
