We need someone who is well versed leading a team, developing and implementing best practices, and partnering with colleagues to achieve high customer service levels.

The Consumer Solutions team consists of experienced Customer Service Reps highly trained to handle order management issues. The department offers a great opportunity for customer service reps to who want to grow and expand their knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
The company is seeking a Customer Solutions manager to lead our Customer Solutions team. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a passion for leading and directing customer service reps to excellence. We are looking for a highly motivated manager who has:
Strong experience in order management and customer inquiry processes
Experience in managing a business-to business customer service department
Strong communication, time management and project management skills
Ability to interact with upper management, internal staff and customers
Ability to lead and guide team to superb customer services levels
Key Responsibilities include:
Create policies and procedures to ensure team is handling JBSS customers in professional and efficient manner
Develops and implements continuous improvement strategies for company policies and procedures that streamline efficiencies from all order management levels
Oversees Customer Solution team as they manage orders & resolve customer questions, complaints, issues & concerns.
The best candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field
Minimum of seven years’ experience as a supervisor or manager for business to business customer service department
Previous work experience for a food or other consumer packaged good manufacturer is preferred
