Our Marketing Transformation team is seeking a Strategy Consultant 3 to join the team.
This is a newly created role to help define and execute the long-term strategy, scope, and priorities of the Transformation journey for the Marketing organization. This role will be responsible for helping drive the strategy work that will define Marketing’s future Target Operating Model (TOM). The individual will work with the Head of Marketing Transformation and the Marketing leadership team to define the scope of the key changes and transformational shifts required of the Marketing organization to achieve the TOM. Critical areas of focus will include building personalized & relevant customer engagements, deepening mobile-led marketing experiences, developing an experience-driven brand, implementing an agile marketing model and ensuring best-in-class Risk Management.
The successful candidate will partner across the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) as well as key partners in Technology, Innovation, Digital Channels, and LOB partners to gain input into the overall target state. This role will be responsible for helping prioritize the change efforts and providing strategic program management to initiate & execute work across the partner groups. Lastly, this individual will play a key role in envisioning the new Transformation function and work with leadership to define how the function should grow to support the charter and goals.
Collaborate with key leaders and marketing stakeholders to help develop a transformation roadmap inclusive of priority opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization;
Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers;
Successfully deliver priority transformation projects while leveraging strong facilitation skills to lead cross-functional teams;
Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management;
Work with key partners to devise clear and compelling project business cases with specific and measureable results linked to P&L goals.

5+ years of strategic planning experience
A BS/BA degree or higher
A Master's degree or higher
Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
Project management experience
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with strategic planning and prioritization with strong link to P&L impact
Experience with global operating model design, product and process transformation, financial planning and business case development, change management, and relationship management
Experience in management consulting or business strategy
Experience with business strategy in the financial services industry
Exposure to working in Agile operating models
Experience driving parts of large-scale transformations
