Performs a variety of customer service functions both in store and at customer locations.
Marketing of parts and sales services including extended warranties, maintenance plans, machine inspections, overhauls, standard job quotes and special aftermarket promotions.
Performs follow-up calls at customer locations regarding parts and service.
Address customer concerns and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
Profile customer's machines, vehicles and demographic information.
Parcipate in product presentations at customer clinics and in-house events and meetings held outside the dealership.
Assist the Sales Department with after sales calls to ensure equipment operates to the customer's satisfaction.
Complete call logs daily to ensure customer's needs are met as directed by company policies and procedures.
Work directly with the Branch Manager to resolve any customer issues.
Work with established accounts as well as developing new business.
Experience, Education, Knowledge and Skills:
2 or more years of work experience with agricultural or farming equipment.
Previous involvement in activities such as sales, service, training or other related work within an agricultural environment a plus.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
Experience with dealer applications a plus or the ability to learn dealer applications.
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and internet functions.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
