Wyndham Destinations is seeking an HRIS Business Analyst in Orlando, Florida. The HRIS Business Analyst with business stakeholders and other HRIS resources to ensure that our HR systems support our company initiatives and deliver a great experience for our associates.

Reporting to the Director, HRIS and HR Technology the HRIS Business Analyst works with HR leaders, team members and external vendors to define business requirements and project tasks. The Business Analyst works with internal and external resources to ensure that required tasks and processes are completed accurately, completely and on time in order to deliver the business requirements.

The HRIS Business Analyst also works with internal clients on a daily basis to provide support for business process execution in the HR systems. This support for business processes includes analyzing new requirements for the systems based on new functionality and/or new requirements, large or small, and troubleshooting any issues. The HRIS Business Analyst works with other HRIS team members to ensure that all HRIS associates are aware of the impact of new functionality, new configuration and any other aspect of HRIS projects and business process support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with internal clients and vendors to develop and document clear, testable requirements, process diagrams and supporting documentation
Analyzes requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback and gap analysis
Liaises with clients, vendors and IT to deliver business requirements in HR systems
Develops and executes thorough system test plans and UAT plans
Troubleshoots issues and provides user and system support as required
Leads and attends meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project participants and department leadership
Performs data analysis, updates and data loads as required


College degree preferred.
HR or MIS degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
Training requirements
Training and certifications in on-premise and/or SaaS HCM applications preferred
Knowledge and skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to work with internal and external partners to deliver solutions
Mature ability to assess customer needs and craft and deliver solutions
Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to manage own work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Able to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
Strong team spirit
Willingness to share knowledge
Able to work effectively with remote team members
Technical Skills
Skilled with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Skilled with Enterprise HCM and HRIS technologies
Skilled at managing HR processes using technology
Skilled at managing data, data conversion and data translation processes
Moderate level of experience with reporting tools such as OBIEE, BusinessObjects or RDL
Skilled with MS Access a plus
Job experience
3 – 5 years’ experience with ERP HR/Payroll modules, Oracle HR EBS preferred. SaaS HCM experience with SAP Employee Central or Workday an advantage
At least 2 years in a functional role concerned with system administration/implementation
At least 3 years' experience with project methodology and execution
At least 2 years’ experience in working in cross functional roles and groups, preferably with multiple countries
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
