Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist for our Payroll division to help ensure accurate processing and recording of clients' payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry and payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
Researches missing documentation or discrepancies.
Processes, verifies and updates direct deposit applications, pre-notifications and changes in check depositions.
Responsible for pre-note and EFT live dollar transmissions to originating bank.
Reviews departmental on-line hand-drawn checks for compliance with company policies and procedures prior to check the signature.
Processes all stop payment orders through an online system.
Re-issues all stop checks.
Maintains records for all general payroll processes.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:
Fully Bilingual (Spanish, English or Portuguese)
High School or BA
Years Combined education/experience as a substitute for minimum experience
Minimum field of expertise with Payroll or HR
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Preferred Education: Associates Degree
Preferred Experience: 3 Years
