The successful candidate will be a talented and motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and with minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for software implementation, data migration and management, business analysis, quality assurance, customer support or related role(s) in deploying EAM/CMMS solutions. They will possess advanced knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of project management including PMI framework; the ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment or independently; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; the ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience working with at least one of the following:
Local government public works
State infrastructure agencies (like DOT)
Campus infrastructure or facilities organizations
Familiarity with relational database platforms
Knowledge of various software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, RAD)
Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages project resources assigned to project tasks.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Minimizes AssetWorks’ exposure and risk on project.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Leads project kick-off and planning sessions.
Conducts and documents project status review, reports, and meetings.
Leads progress reviews and status meetings.
Consults with customers related project scope, scope changes, and additional services.
Provides overall risk management and mitigation.
Provide overall quality assurance for all deliverables
Facilitates project scheduling and close out.
Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a monthly basis.
Manages project budget.
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, bill rates and utilization.
Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-complete projections and makes decisions accordingly.
Accurately forecasts revenue and utilization.
Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
Documents change orders for additional or revised services
Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with client project team.
Communicates relevant project information to superiors and other departments (Development, Support, QA, Sales) effectively.
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Possess general understanding in the areas of software applications, database organization, and system design
Is able to translate customer requirements into functional/technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces, conversions and reports.
