You are a talented videographer/video creator with lots of enthusiasm and great communication skills. Job Summary:
As the Videographer for the Rob Jensen Company, you’ll be creating quality content that revolves around luxury real estate and lifestyles. You have experience using your technical skills and creative vision to develop high-quality video content. You possess a strong understanding of how to shoot strategic content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). You must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and have experience using best practices for video creation on multiple platforms. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects at a time and meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create social video content on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of framing as well as engaging camera movement when coordinating shoots by effectively identifying the creative needs of each space.
- Collaborate with the Video Content Editor to bring projects to completion.
- Review and break down scripts in preparation for production.
Measures of Success: Below is a list (not exhaustive) of some measures of success for this role; these will be finalized and agreed upon at the time of hire.
- Completion of videoshoots as assigned within given time frames.
- Execution of shot-lists that adhere to standardized parameters such as exposure levels, frame rates, focus, aspect ratios, gimbal movements, lens choices, and compositions.
- Maintenance of equipment (proper storage, charging batteries, wrapping cables, etc).
- Use effective media management practices when creating and/or off-loading footage and other digital assets.
Qualifications, Tools & Licenses:
Required:
- Strong technical camera operator skills, such as the creative use of focus, angles, framing, camera movement, and lighting.
- Heightened visual creativity and passion for capturing the best shots possible.
- Able to operate full-frame DSLRs and cinema cameras using manual settings.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Media Encoder (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Actively maintain camera equipment and stay up to date on the latest camera operating technologies and trends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience creating daily video content for social platforms, as well as filming and strategizing creative in fast-paced environments.
- Strong executional understanding in how to make impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms.
- Proficient at repurposing video content for various social platforms.
- Adept at operating and monitoring audio recording equipment.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of a standard three-point lighting setup, along with a strong intuition for when to use studio lights versus natural lighting for sufficient exposure.
- Physically able to carry gear setup, lift film equipment, and stand for long periods of time during shoots.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury real estate or a related industry
- Degree or certification in videography or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

- FAA Part 107 Drone License (willing to accommodate acquisition if you do not have a license)

Work Environment:
This role is an in-person, office-based role, requiring frequent travel around the Las Vegas metropolitan area. The Videographer will be responsible for significant interaction and engagement with clients and vendors—and requires a constant focus on maintaining and elevating the Rob Jensen Company brand image and reputation in all interactions.
