The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for all scheduling of clinical personnel for SPNN customers. He/she will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Coordinator to assure the timely and efficient matching of Per Diem Nurses with SPNN customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first level support to both Per Diem Nurses and SPNN customers.
Operate with a sense of urgency when dealing with both clinical staff and SPNN customers
Provide updates of needs to the Clinical Nurse Coordinator while assisting customer in advanced planning of needs
Recruit additional staffing within regions that Specialty Pharmacy Nursing Network, Inc is not currently staffing.
Schedule visits and fulfill nursing assignments
Answer incoming phone calls.
Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
Must have one year of health care staffing experience
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
LPN- currently licensed in state of practice
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of computers, Word/Excel experience required
Work independently and exercise sound judgment
Ability to prioritize in a deadline oriented environment
Strong organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.
Strong written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of the full life-cycle of recruiting and placement of clinical personnel

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws is preferred.
