Full Job Description
IntelliBridge is looking for a Computer User Support Specialist to support a federal client. This position is exempt.

As a direct employee of IntelliBridge, you would receive a benefit package that includes health/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401K with company match, PTO & paid holidays, and annual tuition/training assistance.

Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply and can obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to computer users.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Required Qualifications:
Junior: 1 year of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Journeyman: 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Senior: 4 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
SME: 7 years of relevant experience + Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additional years of experience may be substitute for the degree.

Location: N/A. This position is 100% remote.
