Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of an experienced Global Digital Marketing team and will be responsible for furthering brand, product and campaign programs to generate sales opportunities globally. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for building, managing, measuring and optimizing paid and organic digital programs, to generate top of the funnel inbound inquiries for new business.

We seek someone who understands marketing to sales conversion objectives, has a solid foundation of the demand waterfall and creation process, is great at managing deadlines and is extremely detail-oriented. The Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure consistent campaign execution to accelerate demand generation productivity. This candidate will work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams including global marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Participate in the management and maintenance of the global digital media calendar
Work with media and agency partners to execute demand programs driving net new leads in the funnel
Leverage both paid and organic channels, including paid search, paid social, display media, content syndication and SEO to increase lead flow and website traffic
Analyze lead flow and areas for improvement
Prepare reports for regional marketing on regional digital media campaigns and effectiveness
Perform data extraction as necessary
Own dashboards to report on program results and develop insights on performance, learnings and/or anomalies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications, preferred
3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Demand Marketing in a technology company (B2B strongly preferred)
Familiarity with tools and systems such as Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM
Excellent communicator and team player
Superb attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Systematic approach to problem solving
Good understanding of analytics and reporting
Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies
Comfortable using Agile methodology to deliver on work
Comfortable working with global stakeholders to drive results
