Position: Server Assistant/Busser

Rate: $16 per hour plus tips

Job Responsibilities:
- Clearing Dishes: Swiftly and efficiently clear dishes from tables between courses and after guests finish their meals. Ensure that all dishes are removed in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Polishing Glassware: Polish glassware to ensure it is spotless and gleaming. Attention to detail is essential to maintain our high standards of presentation.
- Assisting Servers: Work closely with servers to ensure smooth service. This includes refilling water glasses, resetting tables, and providing support as needed to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized at all times. Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the dining area.
- Stocking Supplies: Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide seamless service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guests' needs are met promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
