Position for the District Sales / Account Manager $100K plus incentive
Location : San Jose CA
.General Description of the Position’s Function and Purpose
Manage sale of connector products in specified region or account.
Support customers in specified region or account.
Generate strategy to grow sales in assigned sales territories.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to support production order and claim from customers.
Responsible for prospecting new accounts, finding new projects, managing the design in process and coordinating the transfer to production orders.
Manage sales-reps and distributors in specified region, then make joint sales calls to customers.
Generate quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
Represent company at trade show / association meeting.
Collect forecast information from customers and manage sales forecast.
Knowledge/Skills Required by the Job
Connector business and product knowledge.
Judgment and critical thinking to analyze complex business situations.
Establishing and keep good relationship with customers under critical situation
Qualifications - Minimum Required
College Degree - advanced technical degree
Broad sales experience in the Electronics Industry characterized by a sustained record of Sales achievement.
Background in the processes of new product development.
