K.Adam Events is looking to add assistant coordinators to our event team for immediate hire
Seeking smart, savy, chic individuals for our luxury weddings for this Fall and beyond!
Our event coordinators are able to jump into a variety of interchanging roles from
- Social Media + Content Creation
- Representing K.Adam Events at Networking Events
- Wedding Assistance on Rehearsal + Wedding Day (12+hr Days)
Assistance on wedding days would entail:
- Wedding Party Concierge,
- Setting up personal decor
- coordinating between vendors and venue for large event set ups and tear downs
- Run of Event Program (time management)
- Transportation scheduling
We are seeking independent contactors for upcoming weekend work. This currently is a contract position that could turn into Part/Full Time Salary by 2024 for the right team members.
- All candidates must be comfortable with early mornings and late nights with long event days.
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing and refined mannerism
- An eye for detail
- Prior Hospitality, event or marketing background
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
