We are seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic recruiter to join our growing team in Peoria, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for finding innovative and creative ways to identify, attract, recruit, and retain top talent for a variety of roles ranging from technicians to senior-level engineers and program managers, to developers of global strategy and initiatives.


  • Full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical roles in the domain of Electrical Engineering & Design, Mechanical Engineering & Design, and various roles related to Embedded Software Development and Testing
  • Partner with the business teams - sales, delivery, and support services - to gain a full understanding of current talent requirements, as well as upcoming and trending needs in order to build a pipeline of available candidates
  • Coordinate telephonic, video, and in-person interviews for candidates with the internal delivery teams as well as external client managers
  • Utilize current tools to effectively source for open requirements while finding creative, cost-effective, and engaging new tools for sourcing efforts
  • Stay current on evolving trends and new technologies related to recruitment, related to the business, and related to our customer to ensure you maintain relevancy with job seekers
  • Capitalize on technologies to express creative application of best practicies, industry standards, and employer branding efforts to create visibility to potential candidates for sustainable growth
  • Using established templates, publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports related to Talent Acquisition activities
  • Using established templates, draft and release offer letters, new-hire paperwork, and other onboarding documents to ensure a smooth transition to the L&T team

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • An Associate's Degree in a related field (Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc) is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant full-cycle recruitment experience in which you were responsible for identifying, sourcing, attracting, selecting, and onboarding highly specialized technical professionals in Mechanical, Electrical, and Embedded engineering
  • Expertise in Embedded Software Engineering: Development, Testing, Architecture, etc
  • Familiarity with iCIMS ATS or similar tool
  • Experience with vendor coordination to direct and provide responsiveness to our supporting agency partners
  • Meet KRAs related to talent acquisition including timelines, number of submissions, number of hires, etc
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing deadlines and competing priorities
  • Able to effectively escalate issues to the key stakeholders to ensure timely responsiveness and consistent movement and updates of candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Previous experience or knowledge with the USCIS immigration process, visa statuses, and work authorization is highly desired
  • Previous experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent for highly specialized roles in Automotive, Aerospace, Off-Highway, Medical Devices, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Robotics, AI, High-Tech, Telecom, IoT, etc
  • Previous experience with negotiating salary, benefits, and terms of employment is desired
