The Marketing Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for designing, QA, implementing, and analyzing advanced marketing engagement programs as well as managing the relationships with our marketing technology providers. You will responsible to drive customer engagement and be an expert in lead acquisitions and segmentation strategies. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including marketing and sales teams to align with divisional needs and our messaging and engagement strategy to create persona-based personalized experience that drive sales-ready leads. You will also be responsible for timely execution of customer promotional emails and triggered life cycle marketing campaigns.
Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly-motivated candidate that has a balance of technical ability and B2B marketing savvy with demonstrated experience with Eloqua, Adobe and Salesforce.com to design, implement and test email marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs. You will need to gain deep insights through data and translate them into actionable tactics that influence all integrated marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will also possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to seize opportunities early, delegate responsibility, take initiative, handle emergencies effectively, understand divisional goals, strategies and communicate with people at different organizational levels.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Responsible for deploying email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and deliver leads to sales including email template and landing page development, creative asset management, list segmentation and lead scoring, and scheduling email campaigns.
Design and implement high impact and personalized multi-channel marketing programs to generate qualified leads across vertical industries.
Develop custom nurture tracks for prospects and existing customers designed to educate and engage them as they move through the funnel.
Maintain our lead scoring system and adjust scoring based on performance
Lead Database Management: Responsible for the maintenance, data integrity and the growth of our lead database. Lead data cleansing initiatives and data synchronization across our platforms. Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies between databases. Define, implement, maintain and document marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting.
Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the implementation and management of marketing platforms and systems including Eloqua, (Oracle-based) CRM platform, Adobe campaign manager, Salesforce.com and other value added applications.
Campaign Reporting: Manage the development of dashboards and reporting on demand generation campaigns to track effectiveness, lead pipeline, conversions on marketing campaigns and ROI.
Establish and track metrics, including campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, funnel advancement, conversion rate and ROI to identify successes and enhancement opportunities.
Work closely with our sales team to ensure that sales can effectively follow up on campaigns

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
4+ years’ experience as an Eloqua administrator including management and execution of multi-touch email nurturing and lead generation campaigns (required).
Certified as an Eloqua (10) preferred; high level skills required.
5+ years B2B marketing experience with a focus on marketing operations, lead generation or related roles.
Should have knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager and other components of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Omniture experience is a plus
Salesforce.com or related CRM experience is a plus
Knowledge of data capture and hygiene strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
Experience with segmentation and lead scoring
Self-starter with the ability to proactively determine recommendations and explain insights in the appropriate methods for internal stakeholders
Working knowledge of MS Office products and Excel
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a cross-functional team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
