Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Trust Operations Specialist is responsible for providing direction for the daily trust operations functions, supporting the Operations Team on a day-to-day basis, and participates in the rotation of duties of daily work.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree with business, finance or accounting concentration, or other appropriately related field.
- 3+ years Trust Operations experience required.
- InnoTrust experience preferred.
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent customer service skills; excellent interpersonal skills for a quality working relationship with clients and Covenant Trust staff.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple company systems.
- Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently with excellent follow through and attention to detail, yet also able to work collaboratively with others when necessary.

- Full-time, exempt, benefit eligible
- 39 exempt full-time employees, 3 non-exempt full-time employees
- Monday through Friday work schedule with flexible daytime hours
- 3-days per week in the Chicago office and 2-days remote (after a period of orientation)
