“About the work”

  • Initiates and manages Pre-construction efforts on project opportunities
  • Conducts Initial Client Meetings and develops project scope
  • Reviews project documentation and identifies trades and scopes required to bid
  • Prepares Bid packages for subcontractors
  • Responsible for and manages subcontractor bid process
  • Prepares and submits final bid to prospective clients
  • Finalize bid documentation and hand-off to production team
  • Assist Project Manager in pricing of major change orders
  • Maintain historical pricing database and vendor directory
  • Creates internal estimates and takeoffs as necessary
  • Develops value-engineering strategies to meet budget constraints
