What we’re searching for:
· Experience working in the Shipping Industry/Dispatch preferred
· High school diploma (or equivalent)
· Must be able to work from 10:00am – 7:00pm
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual-Spanish a plus!)
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and personalities
· High attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of basic computer software
· Must be able to effectively work alone and as part of a team

As a Logistics Specialist, you can expect:
· Monday – Friday work week
· 8-hour shifts
· Standard work hours
· No nights or weekends required
· Excellent work/life balance

What you will do:
· Interact with clients and drivers via phone and email
· Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls from customers and drivers
· Lead and provide support to the customer service and sales department
· Liaison with customer service department to keep clients updated
· Demonstrate ability to build relationships within the organization and work collaboratively with trucking companies
· Serve as a customer service engagement escalation point, managing customer service issues directly where necessary
· Monitor and track any issues drivers might run into
· Maintain positive client and driver relations
