Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Structural (Bridge) Designer to work in our Raleigh, NC office. Candidates must possess at least 7 years of CAD experience in the bridge/structural design discipline. Proficiency using Microstation is required. Ability to produce concrete and steel bridge details and production plans required.
Required Skills & Required Experience
A degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in bridge plan production.
Knowledge of NCDOT Structure Plans and Railroad projects experience are a plus.
Expert in MicroStation CAD software.
Solid experience detailing bridge construction drawings.
Good written and oral communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel.
Must be focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
