The role of the Location Manager is to oversee the operations, marketing and profitability of the location, by performing duties personally or through subordinate employees. This is a supervisory position. Emphasis of location is agronomy supply / retail.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, valid Commercial Driver’s License & Custom Applicators License (or ability to obtain).
technical & mechanical skills, customer services skills, safety oriented, dependable, experience in Microsoft programs, understanding of general accounting principles, have leadership and supervisory skills, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
