Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Duties: Responsible for ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes are properly executed within the specified deadlines to allow for accurate reporting; perform system reconciliation to ensure closing processes ran successfully; identify and resolve system errors within the closing processes; assist the reporting manager with internal audit requests; ensure time management and employee expense applications are feeding into the ERP system and resolve errors when applicable; monitor sales & use tax payments and work to automate.Responsible for ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes are properly executed within the specified deadlines to allow for accurate reporting; perform system reconciliation to ensure closing processes ran successfully; identify and resolve system errors within the closing processes; assist the reporting manager with internal audit requests; ensure time management and employee expense applications are feeding into the ERP system and resolve errors when applicable; monitor sales & use tax payments and work to automate.

Requirements: Five years of progressive work experience in related field including, one year of experience with each of the following: experience with ERP conversion; experience managing/leading projects; experience with implementation of financial systems (Oracle and SAP) and processes related to the systems; experience with General ledger, Reconciliations, AP, Payroll and treasury systems; experience working across teams (Finance, IT, Internal & External Audit teams) to implement systems and deliver solutions to the business on financial issues.
