Small distinguished personal injury law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a Receptionist/Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have exceptional attention to detail. Must be a quick learner and capable of learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker, be able to prioritize tasks and be proficient in MS Office. We have two attorneys and two paralegals along with additional support staff; this position works closely with everyone.
Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
Retrieving and routing daily mail
Attorney Calendar Management
Manage Attorney Memberships
Intake Management (Tracking, declines and thank you letters)
Case List Management
Working with vendors (tech and marketing)
Ordering misc. office supplies
File with the courts as needed
General office administrative duties including scanning and copying
General office upkeep
This is a permanent, full-time position with full benefits. The hours are 8:00-5:00. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience. Experience working in a legal setting is desired but not required.
