Integrated Community Services is looking to hire for a Full-time Property & Fleet Manager within our Corporate office near The Woodlands/Spring area.
Integrated Community Serviceshouse and serve over 300 individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide in group homes, natural-residential settings, and in the foster care model from six regional satellite offices.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:

Monitor and maintain all administrative tasks related to over 50 vehicles.
Gas Cards, Maintenance Requests, Purchase of Fleet, Insurance, Exception Reports, Mileage, Registrations, Inspections, Maintenance Reports, Tracking Devices, Safety Violations, Budgets, Tracking Warranties-

Monitor and maintain all administrative tasks related to over 75 houses.
Purchase Requests, Tracking Warranties, Review of Household Expenses, Insurance, Leases, Follow Up with Realtors, Maintaining List of Repair Companies, Coordination with Landlords for Repairs, Inspection Reports, Budgets, Utilities, Property Taxes-

Maintaining all utilities for the houses:

Utilities include Internet, Cable, Phone, Electric, Gas, Water, Cell Phones. Negotiate contracts with utility companies to get the best price, Advanced billing for all properties on one bill, Invoice error notification, Manage invoice error disputes and resolutions, Inventory management (routers, cable boxes), Review for service duplication, etc.

Completion of IDRC Forms sent to regions.

Check IPC and IDRC forms against CARE for accuracy.

Scan and upload IDRC and IPC forms to S Drive

Send IPC corrections spreadsheet to regions weekly.

Background Checks for new hires

Auto draft entry
-
Administrative work for the Executive Team

Reviewing emails, organizing tasks lists, and other clerical duties

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 year of office experience

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Must have 1-year experience in Excel
