Provide program management support overseeing 50+ personnel on the task order.
Serve as the single point of contact for onsite project management and technical assistance and provide onsite supervision of contractor activities.
Responsible for the overall administrative, technical cost, schedule, performance, and risk of the program/effort.
Manage a highly skilled and diverse workforce focused on engineering, operational, and technical analysis challenges.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to identify solutions to their complex requirements and provide the right staff to advance mission requirements.
Provide strategic guidance, analytic oversight, and operational case management based on advanced knowledge and expertise of intelligence operations, tradecraft, and priorities.
Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy mission requirements;
Manage the receipt, execution, tracking, and reporting of all customer technical requirements and deliverables.
Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a pragmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Minimum 5 years of program management work experience supporting large programs.
Experience and intricate knowledge of the Customer’s organization, business practices, tools and culture
Three years of experience managing large programs (200+ Full Time Equivalents).
Recent and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas RF engineering, operations, targeting, and/or analysis
Ability to manage a collaborative and decentralized organization
Strong teambuilding skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in supporting multiple customers and users often with disparate set of requirements
Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in management, engineering or related field.
Project Management Program (PMP) certification
Knowledge of Customer’s internal processes and procedures
Customer-specific tradecraft certifications
