The ideal candidate will develop a program to encompass exhibits and a behind the scenes tour. They will have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives centering around optimizing visitor experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, and other promotional activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate and execute production and implementation of exhibits
- Create engaging experiences for visitors
- Develop and implement exhibit and tour plans including budgets
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure effectiveness and visitor engagement
- Lead and/or supervise visitor tours
Skills:
- Ability to carry out multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong visual skills with the ability to craft compelling exhibits that drive engagement and conversions
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent research skills to gather visitor insights
- Physical movement that includes: walking, bending, stretching, standing, carrying, pulling, stair climbing and lifting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in exhibit development or designing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
