Frankie’s of Charlotte is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all FOH restaurant operations at our new 84,000 sq. ft. entertainment facility in Huntersville, NC. This position is available for immediate hire to begin the process of menu design, staffing, and training with a projected opening date of September 2018. The General Manager will have the unique opportunity to lead the Food and Beverage Operations Team at the Frankie's of Charlotte entertainment park. High volume experience including party and BEO experience is a must, as the seating capacity of the restaurant, bar, party and bowling areas surpass 800 seats. This position oversees the entirety of the food and beverage operations at this location. The Frankie’s brand was founded in 1990 and the Charlotte location will mark the organization’s fifth Frankie’s location across the Carolinas. The Frankie’s ownership group also owns and operates two restaurants in the Charleston area: Wild Olive and The Obstinate Daughter.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise FOH Operations for the fast casual Frankie’s Cafe and Group Party Patio: 400 seats.
  • Supervise FOH Operations for the full service Frankie’s Lounge, Bar, Event Room and Frankie’s Luxury Lanes: 400 seats.
  • Estimate and adhere to period FOH labor and alcohol costs.
  • Help recruit and interview all FOH candidates.
  • Train, supervise and motivate all FOH staff.
  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a upper manager role.
  • Well rounded management experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficient computer skills including moderate Excel knowledge.
  • BEO Experience a plus.
