Frankie’s of Charlotte is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all FOH restaurant operations at our new 84,000 sq. ft. entertainment facility in Huntersville, NC. This position is available for immediate hire to begin the process of menu design, staffing, and training with a projected opening date of September 2018. The General Manager will have the unique opportunity to lead the Food and Beverage Operations Team at the Frankie's of Charlotte entertainment park. High volume experience including party and BEO experience is a must, as the seating capacity of the restaurant, bar, party and bowling areas surpass 800 seats. This position oversees the entirety of the food and beverage operations at this location.
