Position Summary:
Nsight Health, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management vertical within Value-based Healthcare. We are dedicated to effective and efficient business project/process management to meet our objectives. As a Product Owner at Nsight Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Project Management Office as we plan, design, build, and enhance our products to improve business performance, clinical staff effectiveness, and patient experience. You will be responsible for planning, roadmapping, designing, implementing, and enhancing both digital and service-based products with the key stakeholders, project managers, and project teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business ideas and initiatives into functioning and successful products. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, proper execution, and timely delivery of our products, meeting organizational goals, and ultimately providing value to the clinics and patients we serve.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Primary Function:
- Shaping our Project Management Office as we plan, design, build, and enhance our products to improve business performance, clinical staff effectiveness, and patient experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Product Vision
- Develop a clear and compelling product vision aligned with the overall business strategy
- Prioritize features and user stories based on customer value, business impact, and development effort.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the release plan and timelines for key features and enhancements.
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Develop a long-term perspective for the product.
- Define measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with the product vision.
Requirements Gathering
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders, incorporating insights into product improvements and updates.
Release Management
- Coordinate product releases, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful launches.
- Manage products with multiple release versions
- Collaborate with development, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage changes to product scope, schedule, and costs.
Business Acumen
- Leverage business acumen to understand and align project objectives with overall organizational goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage products with a focus on delivering tangible business value.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to make informed product decisions.
Stakeholder Communication
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular product status updates, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project execution.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and enforce best practices in product management, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct thorough product reviews to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for a superior user experience, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process.
- Establish a feedback loop with stakeholders, users, and the team to continuously refine and validate the product vision.
- Regularly review and adjust the vision based on insights gained through market feedback and product performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Product Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Management) preferred.
- Proven experience (5-10+ years) in product or project management roles.
- Experience in both technical and business focused product management
- Experience managing technical products.
- Familiarity with user experience design principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is a plus.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus for business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools
