Manages human resources including compliance, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development. Headcount is typically less than 250 employees. Ensures that Human Resources practices are consistently applied for a site or function and are compliant with internal policy as well as external government requirements. Acts as a business partner setting culture and managing employee communications within the business. May coach or manage less-experienced Human Resources employees. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Procures human resources, recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, training, development, compensation, benefits and employee relations as well as other activities needed to carry out human resources objectives and programs. Partners with assigned business/function to execute the AOP & LRP. Drives corporate culture through establishing effective employee relations, education and communication for the assigned business/function. Executes the Business Talent Review Process, through recruiting, retention, evaluation and placement of key talent including succession planning, training and development. Ensures that HR staff maintains metric goals within approved budgets and timelines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 5+ years. PHR certification preferred, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years.
