This person will be responsible for the consumer experience within UHC Pharmacy for E&I and C&S. The UHC Pharmacy NPS manager aligns with business partners to create effective design and development of a product experience approach leveraging market insights and consumer experience feedback to inform capability strategies and streamline the consumer experience. This position will successfully partner across the enterprise to drive change and define future capability direction.

Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment for consumer experience in pharmacy
Awareness of broad market trends, with deep understanding of relevant business and/or product strategies and related use cases
Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability
Manage ongoing capability performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and lifecycle decisions
Serve as the experience champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
Analyze trends and synthesize data to tell a story of market dynamics – create recommendations based on data-driven insights for consumer abrasion removal across the pharmacy journey

5+ years of Product or Program Management experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills (creating presentation decks)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Experience leading pilots
Strong documentation skills
Black-belt six sigma
Pharmacy experience (understands PBM)
Experience with NPS (Net Promotor Scores)
