We are excited to announce that we will be implementing the Epic EHR for clinical and patient financial activity as well as consolidating ancillary core systems at White Plains Hospital, Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, Schaffer Extended Care Center, Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, and Montefiore Mount Vernon Emergency and Ambulatory center. This project supports the Montefiore Health System’s strategic initiative to more closely integrate members and provide more advanced and better-coordinated care to patients in the region. The project is expected to go-live in Fall 2020 and Winter/Spring 2021.
We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst for "TDR" which includes testing each device at each of the sites in the weeks and months prior to each go-live. These devices include workstations, printers, e-signature pads, barcode scanners, and other end-user devices that integrate with the Epic EHR.
Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR):
Coordinates, tests, and triages break/fixes among workstations, printers, status boards, paper scanners, barcode scanners, and faxing from Epic.
Business Continuity Access (BCA):
Experience coordinating deployment and testing of BCA PCs in large hospital and ambulatory care settings with hundreds of BCA PCs.
As a TDR Application Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring the Epic system in preparation for the TDR exercise and the multiple go-lives. You will work with the team lead and field technicians to test and verify test scripts designed by the project team at various hospital locations to confirm device readiness.
You will participate in site visits, walkthroughs, surveying devices, identifying gaps, procuring and deploying new devices, performing Epic application build, and executing a Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR).
