What you’ll be doing...
You will be developing and executing strategies to drive prepaid performance metrics. You will manage external partner relationships and internal peer groups. By building meaningful working relationships with internal and external customers, your role will be pivotal in influencing sales performance. You will also play a critical part in maintaining Verizon’s professional image and brand integrity.
Working closely with business partners to support and build new prepaid distribution.
Creating and managing a distribution funnel for future growth opportunities.
Visiting prepaid exclusive and non-exclusive doors within your footprint or responsibility.
Conducting sales visits in an environment with multiple competitors and customer types.
Forecasting and reporting on sales performance and compliance.
Creating merchandising, training materials and identifying unique sales opportunities.
Managing the organization and performance of a vast geographical area consisting of many points of distribution.
Working independently as a member of an inclusive team, driving prepaid performance for the entire area.
Influencing external partners through relationship management.
Networking with Headquarters, the area and other leadership groups.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel in assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license.
Eligibility to pass motor vehicle record check.
Even better if you have:
Experience in marketing, training and/or customer service experience.
Account management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Proficiency in reporting, tracking and business finance.
Demonstrated excellent communication, leadership and team building skills.
Spanish Bilingual required for this requisition.
