Need a person proficient in Excel and Word. Responsibilities will included some of the following tasks:

  • Billing
  • Creating jobs
  • Ordering and keeping track of supplies
  • Creating proposals
  • Scanning
  • AP Filing
  • Sending out AP Checks
  • Post Office run
  • Various tasks for office
  • Stocking supplies
  • Yearly archiving
  • Answering phones
