The Shape of Behavior is looking to fill a position for a Social Skills Programming BCBA - Houston Area.

The Shape of Behavior is a growing behavioral health facility in four states dedicated to evidence-based practices and to the employment of BCBAs. We take pride in shaping the behavior of the organization, staff and patients by celebrating small, everyday successes though the use of OBM and behavior analytic principles.

We are looking for dynamic, positive and experienced BCBAs who have a passion for working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other disabilities. We have a dynamic management team that is separate from the BCBA professional team, so that the needs of staff, parents and patients can be met with quality. We want you to enjoy assessing, programming, research, conferences and engaging in your profession not be the office manager!

We strive to continually add and evolve the role of the BCBA. Currently we are seeking BCBAs for the following roles in various states. All positions are subject to quarterly travel and remote caseload. Clinical directors for larger locations and the adult program are not likely to have travel requirements.

Must have inclusion experience with preschool through junior high aged children. Must assist with training and development of inclusion services, training staff, monitoring transitional programming for children in inclusive settings and oversee our GAP program. This position is located in the Houston area but must be willing to telehealth regularly and travel quarterly if assigned.

Qualifications:
Master of Education preferred
Teaching or educational background preferred
Prefer 5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis , OBM and autism intervention
Proficient in Mac OS X computer skills and Apple products
Working knowledge of Apple Microsoft Office suite, computers and relevant software, programs and applications
Board certified behavior analyst and maintain certification requirements
Must meet current BACB supervision requirements and hold supervision certificate
