Key Responsibilities:
- Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project
deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address all client concerns during and
after installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in the City of Fort Collins (and surrounding towns as applicable)
- Bathroom remodeling, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Experience with all aspects of demo work in the home
- Project management skills to oversee the entire remodeling process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2-5 years in general contracting or home remodeling
