We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the national Capital Markets team in Chicago, IL . The Operations Coordinator is responsible for translating business objectives into action items and prioritizing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The individual in this position will provide operational support and help drive team marketing initiatives.
Work with administrative team to track deal information, flow and relay information to teams
Liaison with internal teams in technology, marketing, digital, business development to identify alignment for brokers
Provide technology support for company applications, i.e. PeopleSoft, CRM and Outlook
Produce timely and accurate reports of business memos, metrics and other documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
Utilize branded templates to prepare and distribute marketing materials/packages, including sell sheets, presentations and flyers
Work with internal teams, external vendors to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes
Prepare and distribute digital marketing collateral; manage email marketing process of populating templates, distribution, list updates and activity reporting
Active liaison with corporate marketing and PR department on key business initiatives including digital, events and email marketing
Perform general marketing and design tasks, including maintaining marketing library with marketing partners
Maintain all project files, including budgets, production schedules, copies and completed work samples
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred
Workplace experience, minimum of 5 years in support role required
Real estate background is preferred
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Written/Oral communications – ability to speak and write clearly and concisely, get messages across that have the desired effect.
