We’re looking for a Department leader who enjoys working with people and technology to solve challenging mission problems. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver new, innovative solutions to national customers that provide unique SIGINT mission collection and analytic capabilities.
More About the Role:
As a Department Lead, you’ll be responsible for the successful growth and management of the personnel and programs within the department’s portfolio (~$75M), including the following:
Executing all aspects of department responsibility, to include personnel and portfolio performance, P&L, business development and capture management
Helping to develop, message, and execute the Division’s overall business strategy and roadmap
Delivering SIGINT capabilities to IC and DOD customers, which may encompass development, design, test, integration, production, delivery, sustainment of fielded systems
Delivering SIGINT analytic and UI/Ux solutions to IC and DOC customers
Serving as a point of contact for the government and key program stakeholders within the portfolio
Working with CACI’s tech leadership to develop plans for technology insertion and IRAD opportunities
Actively promoting cross-CACI collaboration
Helping staff and resource CACI identified priorities
Mentoring/coaching team members to achieve defined goals and program needs
Leading a diverse team led by project/program managers
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or sciences
Over 15 years’ experience in SIGINT leadership and management
Ability to develop executive level strategy for inter division and cross department solutions
Proven experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results of a program
Significant experience leading program teams to deliver solutions/products/operations
Significant experience leading personnel of varied levels of experience and from many different disciplines to achieve specific goals
Significant experience communicating and influencing senior executive leadership, Government decision-makers and program stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with division, group, and sector leadership to develop and meet company goals
Member of the division senior leadership team who can collaborate effectively across a deeply diverse technology enterprise
Experience in managing portfolios with P&L responsibility
Experience growing an area from a medium to a large revenue producer
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
