Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing fine dining, high volume ($7mm++) institution at the GM level
  • Hands on, floor driven GM
  • Experience in hotel setting a plus
  • Ability to build, refine and implement SOPs and systems
  • Polished presence and demeanor
  • Strong financial acumen; ability to set budgets and build forecasts
  • Focus on guest experience, interaction, and overall service
  • Experience in facilities management
  • High level of emotional intelligence and self awareness
