As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
Availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response, among other things, of the cloud services that Honeywell Voice runs and owns
You will be tasked with optimizing our current infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and building tools and systems to automate processes where we can
Working with other cloud service teams within Honeywell to ensure a complete eco-system of services
You will collaborate with Support and Engineering on customer issues, as needed
You will participate in a periodic on-call rotation
You will assist in early stage planning for new services through architecture, systems design reviews, and coding

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
Experience in scripting, testing, and troubleshooting applications developed in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, React, C/C++, Python, and/or GoStrong communication skills
Understanding of modern microservice-based architectures and methodologies

Strong sense of ownership and drive
Experience leading projects
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with Linux
Experience with TCP/IP networks
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack
Experience with cloud resources in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as OpsGenie, Prometheus, or AppDynamics
Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools/practices (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible, Chef, Docker, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher)
