Duties include but are not limited to:
-Opening the clinic
-Checking telephone messages and emails
-Managing the office appointment schedule
-Greet and check in patients as needed
-Taking payments and entering sales receipts into Quickbooks Online
-Answering the telephone and onboarding potential patients
-Verifying insurance benefits with insurance companies
-Entering patient data into EHR
- Various administrative tasks to keep clinic running smoothly and efficiently
-Cleaning office and treatment rooms as needed
-Assisting the Doctor in any way necessary to help the clinic run smoothly and effortlessly
-Coordinating and working with the Clinic Assistant in any way necessary to aid in the efficient flow of the work day

-You should be able to learn quickly and be able to anticipate required tasks after a sufficient training period.
Applicants must possess the following experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Relevant Reception / Office Assistant experience.
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Quickbooks.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years of accumulated Customer Service experience.
- Minimum 3 years of money handling experience.
- Experience working with Medical insurance is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
Wage - $20-25 per hour depending on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
