This high performing leader will be responsible for the implementation and roll out to the broad sales organization of COMPASS – a Sales Planning System designed internally in KHC, leading a cross functional team, managing all aspects of the project, from the roll out to future state and management of the solution.
Role is responsible for leading and working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Data Analytics, HR and Sales and BU Finance, for the deployment of COMPASS across the entire sales organization
Partnering with COMPASS stakeholder, the role will be responsible for setting and managing a detailed cross functional project timeline for the roll out of the solution to all customer teams in the US in 2020
Meet COMPASS goals and deliverables according to the project timeline and within budget
Responsible for the management of budget, and facilitating all aspect related to CAPEX and overall resources allocation to COMPASS
Change management liaison, partnering with HR and Consultants to develop and deploy change management program to facilitate the transition and adoption of the solution
Create measurements of success for the different expected goals spanning across adoption, user impact, revenue forecasting, trade management, etc.
Lead weekly Project Steer Committee, providing status update on project progress, and visibility allowing the steer committee to make well informed tactical and strategic decisions
Design of the COMPASS business process improvement and future state of the tool system
Besides the cross functional team, the role is also responsible for managing two direct reports dedicated to supporting the project in its roll out phase and in its future state
Bachelor’s degree (MBA Preferred)
7-10 years relevant experience working in roles whereby candidate was not only in charge of projects, but also had a strong focus on being a true business partner of the organization.
3-5 years of experience in complex multi-functional project implementation, involving system and change management
Experience with Sales Planning solutions such as TPM, Reveal or other
Sales Forecasting and Trade Management experience is highly desirable
Experience should include not just executing but setting up processes
Demonstrated strong communication skills, including presentations, written and oral
Hands-on, pro-active, entrepreneurial, independent, self-driven and can work in a fast-paced environment
Available for intense travelling (3-4 days per week 2-3 weeks per month) for the time of the project roll out
PMO Certification and CPG knowledge are a plus
