Position Summary:
Efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative duties to include, calendaring interviews, generating reports and interview guides, help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes. Further, this candidate will have strong understanding of a variety of human resources functions.

The Project Operations Manager I (POM) will assist the project managers and engineers in the
arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects. Further, the POM will work
hand-in-hand with the project manager to ensure there is efficient allocation of resources; work with the
engineers to prepare procedures according to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations;
the communication link between project manager and management staff

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, setting up interview rooms, collecting applications and consent documents.
Scheduling meetings, HR events, maintain the team’s agenda
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
Support other functions

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of human resources
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in human resources, administration or related field, preferred
MS Office, strongly preferred
Experience with SharePoint or other databases, preferred
Understanding of sourcing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Good time management skills

Working Conditions:
General office working environment with focus on operational and reporting tasks. Must provide leadership through visibility and interaction with staff at all levels of the organization. Must be able to drive to properties and conduct site visits, work cross departmentally within the organization and interact with all levels of corporate and property staff.
