Acts as the primary business partner to provide the full scope of HR services to an assigned group of departments. Establishes effective relationships with management and employees to become a trusted resource in all matters pertaining to recruitment and retention of employees. Provides recruitment, program administration and employee relations services in support of Health Quest’s Best Place to Work initiative.
Highly experienced in Human Resources - preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong labor relations background
Knowledge of general Human Resources practices and principles as well as Federal, State and local laws and regulations
Knowledge of Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards as they relate to human resources
Ability to quickly change and adapt to new priorities
Demonstrated ability to ask appropriate questions that uncover underlying issues
Ability to confront issues directly
Able to complete a complex variety of tasks in an organized manner
Ability to work independently or in teams
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
Mimimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources
SHRM – CP or PHR preferred
