We are looking for a multi-dimensional ServiceNow Solutions Architect to solution and mentor and lead other ServiceNow professionals. Leverage a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and expertise across the breadth of popular ITSM platforms. You will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. This role will also provide expert level support and technical mentoring to developers, assist clients with proof of concept and proof of value activities, and lead briefings to an executive level audience.

Nice If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience as a system developer or administrator
- 2+ years of experience with Remedy or ServiceNow implementations
- 1+ years of experience with the design, development, or integration of ITSM platforms
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy and Siebel
- Experience with networking, servers, databases, or Web services technologies
- BA or BS degree preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
- AWS Associate Level Certification
- Security+ Certification
- ITIL Foundations Certification
