SUMMARY: This position is responsible for a variety of duties involving customer service support for the Self-Pay Customer Service vendor and the other vendors assigned to the HQ AR.
Knowledge: Medical Terminology, Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD10 and CPT-4 codes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, general math skills, documentation skills and knowledge of procedures and revenue cycle flow in a healthcare organization.
Experience: A minimum of three years in patient accounting preferred
Education: Requires a High School Diploma or GED
