The Associate or Manager Candidates, are responsible for preparing and processing assigned activities associated with the firm’s client advisory services including but not limited to: tax, audit and assurance, payroll & book keeping, business valuation services, and project review. The ideal candidate will ensure that their work is in compliance with all related federal, state, and local requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
-Prepare, compute, review and generate assigned projects and reports for the firm’s services
-Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
-Prepare (and potentially review) federal, state and local tax returns or other projects as
-Investigate and respond to notices related to client services and projects assigned.
-Develops logical and orderly documentation and checklists of work performed.
-Input and maintain information; includes new client setup.
-Ensures client records are scanned and filed properly.
-Research information or troubleshoot issues related to bookkeeping or taxes.
-Acts as a liaison to client or client representatives; answers general questions related to
-Maintains industry knowledge and current changes in tax laws and communicate to clients and
-Identifies client’s needs/opportunities for additional products or services.
-Other duties as needed or required.
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience; preferred
Minimum 1-3 years in public accounting field; preferred
Minimum 1-3 years in accounting profession; preferred
Normal office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Approximately 90% sitting requiring use of a computer.
Some travel required to client sites, training and other Myriad offices.
May require extra hours/weekend work and extended hours during tax season (Jan - April).
