We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning and maintaining food safety standards.
- Manage coffee service to meet customer expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in casual dining service.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on team management and kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
- Ability to lead staff training initiatives effectively.
- Experience in casual dining settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards.
