Overview:
G4 Builders are an Arizona based General Contractor with projects locally and in the SW region of the United States.
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Superintendent for multiple projects we have in the Palm Springs, CA area. Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience. We specialize in Hotel, Restaurants and Retail Renovations.
Projects range from $100,000 to $13,000,000.
Requirements:
This position is available immediately. Solid tenant improvement in Restaurants and Retail experience is desired for this position.
The ideal candidates will be highly skilled, persons that can lead, supervise, schedule and monitor both job site safety and quality control.
Must be able to clear security and background checks for projects at Palm Springs Airport.
Basic computer skills, MS Outlook, Excel, Word
PROCORE experience a plus .
OSHA 10 Certification Minimum 30 hour preferred.
First aid / CPR certification
Dust Control Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
