Responsibilities:
Respond to pre-sales calls/emails/instant messages
Gather contact/customer information and input information into Salesforce.com
Set up and follow through on tasks related to qualifying leads as potential customers
Determine leads' customer viability
Update lead records to reflect most recent/accurate information
Support inbound communication to the Sales Engineering team

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (technical or business degree preferred)
1-3 years of business experience
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
MS office skills
Salesforce experience and IT experience is a plus
